This module will help you to understand how forwarders calculate freight costs, giving you the confidence to negotiate rates and take the lead in managing the relationship.

All modules take place between 09:00am - 1:00pm.

There will also be a 2-hour Assessment Requirements Meeting on Thursday 14 May 2026 from 9:00am - 11:00pm. During this group meeting the trainer will explain all assessment activities so delegates know what to do to complete them.
