Sam Paley | Trade Procedures Manager Email

Sam’s interest in international trade grew from his family as both his father and his sister work as freight forwarders. He studied classical civilisations at the University of Warwick and joined Chamber International after working for a well-known national retailer. In his free time, he plays the tuba in a brass band. Tamires Souza-Cichorz | International Trade Advisor Email

Carla Assunção MIEx | Digital Manager Email

Brazilian, Carla holds a degree in English, and a postgraduate degree in English and Translation from the University of Leeds. She is responsible for boosting Chamber International’s digital presence and brand credibility by creating and managing a digital strategy that complements and supports Chamber International’s business plan. Fiorella Duran-Robinson | Export Advisor Email

Originally from Colombia, Fiorella lived in the North East of England before joining Chamber International in 2018. Emmanuel Harmsen | International Trade Administrator Email

Emmanuel has previously worked for a global logistics and supply chain solutions company. He worked as an Import Clerk coordinating shipment information, managing trade documentation for customers, ensuring compliance and accuracy. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Middlesex University.

Ezra Gallager | Business Administration Apprentice Email

Ezra joined Chamber International in 2024, and is working towards becoming a British Chambers of Commerce authorised signatory for certification procedures and export documents.

Matthew Grandage | Senior Associate Email

Matthew is our China specialist, as well as supporting our PR and communications activities.  He worked in China for 15 years and is proficient in Mandarin. Roy is in charge of our highly experienced team in the documentation bureau handling documentary letters of credit and other vital paperwork. He has more than 40 years' experience as a shipping manager, consultant and in-house export specialist working in the textile, engineering and lighting sectors.
