The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) terms of sale and delivery known as Incoterms are designed for use with contracts of sale, they have been adopted universally as a safeguard against misunderstandings and disputes between buyers and sellers as to where risk and responsibility lie.

Knowing Incoterms will help you set the right contract terms to reflect potential changes of status (becoming an exporter/importer) once the UK leaves the EU.
