UK Companies - Call for Expressions of Interest: Sourcing Products from Bangladesh

The International Trade Centre (ITC) aims to connect UK companies with Bangladeshi women-led businesses in key sectors (i.e. textiles and apparel, handicrafts, and agri-processed food sectors).

In addition to organising B2B meetings with potential women-led suppliers the weekend of Halal Expo Manchester as part of a SheTrades Market Linkages Programme, and in preparation for the UK – Bangladesh Trade Mission on 1 – 4 September, the ITC are launching a Call for Expressions of Interest for UK companies looking to source from Bangladesh, in which selected UK companies will be invited to participate in various B2B activities based on matchings with suitable Bangladeshi suppliers.

Please see below the upcoming B2B networking opportunities for UK companies to source from Bangladesh:

Your expression of interest may qualify you for participation in upcoming business-to-business activities, including:

  • Halal Expo Manchester 2025
  • UK - Bangladesh Trade Mission to Dhaka and Chittagong on 1 - 4 September 2025
  • Virtual B2B meetings with potential women-led suppliers on 28 June – 2 July

Additional details will be shared after the selection process is complete.
