Warning to exporters using postal services

We are receiving an unusually high number of queries relating to export documents being delayed or lost in the post.

At this time of year Royal Mail experiences high demand, and the risk of misdirected mail and lost post increases significantly.

We strongly advise exporters applying for Certificates of Origin using e-z Cert or edge to select the PREMIUM EXPRESS option to enable your documents to be certified and returned to you online.
