Victoria is Northern Ambassador of the Year
29 June 2015
Mid Yorkshire based Victoria Boldison has been presented with a CIM (The Chartered Institute of Marketing) Northern Ambassador of the Year Award, beating competition from North West and North East contenders.
Diane Earles, Network Manager for CIM, who made the award at the CIM Northern Awards on 24 June, said “It is my pleasure to be able to present Victoria with this award for in recognition of her hard work as Mid Yorkshire Branch Vice Chair and the excellent event she put together at Old Broadcasting House this year.”
Victoria, a Chartered Marketer, is International Business Development Sales & Marketing Manager at Principle Healthcare Ltd and also Export Ambassador for Chamber International, where she delivers on-going support and promotion of international trade to the Yorkshire region.
Speaking about the award, Victoria said “I am delighted to receive this award and be recognised by the CIM for my work in the marketing field. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to the rest of the CIM Mid Yorkshire team who also do a fantastic job and who gave me an immense amount of support in order to make the personal branding event as well-attended as it was. We hope to continue to host equally successful events in the future.”
The award was made in memory of Richard Fletcher, who sadly passed away earlier this year. Richard held many volunteer roles at CIM over the years and Diane said “I would like to think he would be pleased with the progress we are making in the north following a restructure, which he was involved in, and the appointment of some really bright and enthusiastic team members. Richard’s branch was Mid Yorkshire, so it is fitting that the winner is also from Mid Yorkshire.”
