Special event to help UK companies find agents in Spain

A new chance for British companies seeking to trade in Spain to meet and speak with local agents is available at a major event in Barcelona this autumn.

The 5^th 2014 Commercial Agents Forum is being held in Barcelona on the 20^th November 2014, at Col-legi Oficial d’Agents Comercials de Barcelona COACB C/Caspe 130 and is being organised by British Chamber of Commerce in Spain along with other European chambers.

The event will comprise 150 one-to-one meetings with 50 commercial agents who are well connected with the distribution networks across Spain.

Compelling reasons to work with a commercial agent in Spain include that it can save time in developing sales because commercial agents work independently immediately a contract is signed; it is a way to penetrate a foreign market quickly because of the agents’ knowledge and experience and is also an easily-measured investment.

Various packages are available for the event including: participation which costs   €400 and includes publication of a profile in the catalogue which will be mailed to the Barcelona Commercial Agents Association and those for other   Spanish regions; the organisation of one-to-one meetings where a minimum of three meetings costs   €600 with requested additional meetings either before, or after, the forum at British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, costing €900
