Notice to exporters 2019/14: three open licences updated (Hong Kong)

Following a review of export licences to Hong Kong the following 3 open general export licences (OGELs) have been amended:

• open general export licence (dual-use Items: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)
• open general transhipment licence (dual-use goods: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region)
• open general trade control licence (category C goods)

The updated OGELs come into force on 13 September 2019.
