Find out about the Anti-Dumping Duty concerning imports of certain high tenacity yarns of polyesters, originating in the People’s Republic of China.

Amending the Anti-Dumping Duty concerning imports of certain high tenacity yarns of polyesters, originating in the People’s Republic of China.

Following a new exporter examination, the Commission has advised by Regulation 2019/1706, Official Journal ref L260, that the following exporting producer will be added to the list of Chinese producers of high tenacity yarn whose imports benefit from a lower rate of Anti-Dumping Duty.

This regulation takes effect from 12 October 2019.
