Cheers! Chamber International puts some fizz into Adrian’s day

3 August 2015

THE UK Service Manager at Rawdon-based air conditioning company, Airedale International Air Conditioning Ltd, had some fizz put into his day when he visited overseas trade specialist Chamber International.

Adrian Trevelyan, 47, who has worked at Airedale International Air Conditioning Ltd for 25 years, collected a 750cl bottle of Marks & Spencer champagne after winning a Chamber International prize draw.

He won the bubbly after his business card was drawn from a business card drop by visitors to Chamber International’s stand at the West and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce Eco Fair exhibition at Centenary Pavilion, Elland Road, on June 18.

Airedale International Air Conditioning Ltd, which designs and manufactures a range of award-winning cooling systems, is a client of Chamber International which provides specialist services to support the company’s exporting.

The company’s commercial director, Mark Viner and export sales manager, Asim Ansari, are also ambassadors in Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership’s We are International export initiative giving free help and advice to novice exporters. The company currently has annual equipment sales of about £60m of which more than 20 per cent comes from exports to Europe, The Middle East, South America, Asia and Africa.

Adrian Trevelyan says: “I’d always visit Chamber International’s stand at an event of this kind but this time it was especially worthwhile.”

Chamber International Marketing Executive, Hayley Nutt, says: “We were delighted by the number of people who visited our stand to learn about our export services and hope that Adrian enjoys his prize.”
