Assa Abloy announces acquisition of Pickersgill-Kaye Limited

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Pickersgill-Kaye Ltd, a leading company manufacturing and supplying locking solutions.

The company is based in Leeds, has an annual turnover of approximately £4m and employs 50 people. Pickersgill-Kaye Ltd will continue to operate as an independent business unit, retaining the existing management team that has made the business successful today.

Announcing the acquisition, Neil Vann, Market Region Manager of ASSA ABLOY UK, said: “I am very pleased to welcome Pickersgill-Kaye Ltd. They bring high performance, complementary products and a wealth of experience in the rail and high security sector that will further strengthen our team and businesses in the UK”.
