What are European Community Certificates of Origin

A European Community Certificate of Origin is a document which identifies the origin of goods being exported and is normally issued by a Chamber of Commerce. It is required by customs in the buyers country to determine tariff rates. Chamber International is authorised to certify European Community Certificates of Origin.  Applications can be made by post or in person.
